JAYESH RATHOD

Director

Mr. Jayesh Rathod, is one of the founding members & Director of The Guardians. A civil engineer from the prestigious VJTI Mumbai & a MBA in Marketing by qualification from Pune University, is the most prolific combination of technical know-how & product development. He helms the product, strategy, & marketing functions at The Guardians.

His able understanding and experience of product design has helped the organization add unprecedented value to projects consulted by it, a service not offered by most of the counterparts. A total of 18 years of work experience, his career highlight has been the 13 years of resourceful work at Kalpataru in the capacity of Product & Research Head that has seen him design & strategize projects & developments spanning across the length & breadth of the country.

Mr.Rathod was the one who had envisioned the ongoing boom for Sales & Marketing consultants in the Real Estate Industry. He as one of the promoters has seen the growth of the organization from a 6 member team to a 257 member organization. He currently is working towards deploying best-in-class process & introducing technology lead tools for the organization and its clients.

RAM NAIK

Director

Mr. Ram Naik is the founding member and Director of The Guardians. Mr. Naik’s leadership has led The Guardians Real Estate Advisory to emerge as one of Mumbai’s foremost real estate consultants. His undying passion for scaling greater heights & setting even higher standards have resulted in the company gaining strong brand equity, with a reputation for unmatched consistency in it’s delivery to the clientele. He has more than 16-years of experience in the field of Sales & Distribution spanning across residential, commercial & industrial properties across the country.

Prior to founding The Guardians, Mr. Naik was heading the Residential Sales & Distribution department of The Wadhwa Group. Prior to joining The Wadhwa Group, Mr. Naik, together with Mr. Rathod, was associated with Kalpataru for a duration of 14 years. His associations with these reputed brands have seen him leading from the front in launching over 47 projects across India & achieving voluminous sales in excess of 12 Million sq.ft. He was one of the few people in the industry who had been pursuing the vision of an industry lead by Strategic consultants with a focus on Sales & Marketing. His vision finally culminated in the inception of Indian real estate’s first of a kind start-up & consulting firm The Guardians Real Estate Advisory. An extraordinary entrepreneur & a true leader, Mr. Naik has created a working environment that encourages, evaluates & ensures the personal & professional growth of each employee.

Holding a Masters Degree in Marketing, Mr. Naik completed his post-graduation from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. He is currently focusing on expanding the Horizon of The Guardians to other cities in the country.

KAUSHAL AGARWAL

Chairman

Mr.Kaushal Agarwal is the Chairman, of Indian real estate’s first of its kind start-up & consulting firm The Guardians Real Estate Advisory. Mr. Agarwal, the go-to man of the real estate industry, brings over 25 years of rich experience. He has successfully completed some of the biggest land & Joint Venture transactions in the country. He, today is the leading product & business advisor for some of the biggest names in the Industry.

At The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, his vision has propelled unprecedented growth for the organization. The organization under his leadership has grown by leaps & bounds, from a 6 member team to an establishment of 180 professionals. His single-minded focus towards making The Guardians a pan-India real estate consultancy & advisory is inspiring one & all within the organization.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Agarwal completed his graduation from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. Mr. Agarwal has been awarded & recognized for his invaluable contribution to the industry at numerous Industry platforms.

Director

Mr.Khetsi Barot is the Director of The Guardians. Mr. Barot, is the blue-eyed man, of the real estate industry and brings over 20 years of experience & an enviable network in the industry. He drives & acquires business deals and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He apart from Client Management leads the commercial & retail vertical for the organization. He has successfully consulted some of the biggest names in the Industry on their commercial & retail portfolio.

Hailed as one of the industry leaders by developers & investors, he has always stressed on client satisfaction. This along with his market expertise, construction knowledge, & leadership skills set him apart as an industry icon. Apart from being a visionary, his will to succeed is not restricted to his role at work but is reflected in his attitude towards life.

His leadership & insight have further strengthened the company. He firmly believes that for the company to be a leader, it must be client-focused. He has inculcated a culture of excellence within the company, which has given it's people a competitive edge. The positive results manifest in the exponential growth of the company even during periods of economic & market turbulence.
